The Brno Zoo was founded in 1953 and today covers an area of 65 hectares. It is home to more than 2,000 animals representing approximately 400 different species from around the world. It is open year-round and hosts a wide variety of themed events.

Operation of the zoo. You can see here, for example, Ara ararauna, Agapornis Fischer, golden pheasant, porcupine, Mandarin duck, Carolina duck, Bennet's kangaroo, Cameroon sheep and other animals.
