It is the art of sensing, the art of touching, the art of giving, and the art of being for what can be manifested and transformed in the moment. It is a touch of divine warmth and pure light: palms, breath, tones and scents.

I am a dancer, lecturer and photographer. I do psychological counseling for adults. I offer alternative dance-movement classes combining natural movement with dance techniques and supportive exercises. I offer deeply relaxing massages, photography services, psychomotor workshops and more.

Offering hatha, ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, vinyasa flow and pilates classes. Provision of physiotherapy services. Providing massages. Providing nutritional and ergonomic counselling, kinesiotaping and incontinence therapy.

I offer services in nutrition, relaxation, cognition and movement. I run an e-shop with inlay cards, vouchers and vaginal bars.

I deal with craniosacral therapy - therapy by touch. When working with the body I use intuition and knowledge gained through intensive study of holistic techniques. During touch therapy we will work together to support your body's self-healing abilities.
