A family-run craft brewery offering both bottom- and top-fermented beers. From 2022 to 2024, the brewery operated as a pop-up brewery, but since 2025, it has been brewing at its own facility in Pozlovice near Luhačovice, located below the church. We are a craft microbrewery founded in 2024 in Zlín-Mladcova by the enthusiast and brewer Martin Mikoška. We are based in a family house and focus on the production of unfiltered and unpasteurized beers. We inaugurated our brewery on June 6, 2014, brewing 2 rmouths in a classic two vessel copper brewhouse with a capacity of 6 hl. The beer is fermented in two phases in an open fermenter for 7 days and then matured in the lager cellar at 1°C for 30 to 60 days. We brew both classic beers and specials.
