Karl LIQ is a small family-run distillery and growing distillery where honest fruit spirits and liqueurs are produced with respect for tradition and craft. Each bottle is created from quality fruit, without compromise and in small batches. A true taste of Moravia with a story in every sip.

We offer grower distillation and processing of home-made yeasts. We also process imported fruit and establish fermentations for individual customers. It is possible to bring in fruit (in crates, bags) and we put the ferment in our barrels, each customer individually, the barrel is marked with a name tag.

From the very first step in our distillery, the aroma of the spirits will not escape your attention. We are here for all those who do not care what they eat and drink, but also want to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the distillery and the uniqueness of nature's gifts, which are transformed into a delicious drink.

In the grower's distillery, we will distill the distillate from the fruit leaven you provide (min. 100 and max. 200 litres per batch) using quality technology in a three-tier column, which ensures a higher yield, quality and aroma of the spirit. We have the proper permit issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.

We only harvest apples from the growers' own apples. We fill the pasteurized cider into 5l or 10l bags, in the grower's distillery we crush, ferment, store and burn your fruit.

We offer fruit growing. We focus on cherries, mirabelles, plums, pears, apricots and apples.
