We opened the Bizon Brewery in 2011 in the village of Čižice in the southern Pilsen region as part of the adjacent Inn U Bizona. Family run microbrewery, we brew 4 types of unfiltered and unpasteurised yeast beer Badger and occasionally various beer specials. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating with a range of cold food made from home-grown quality ingredients and delicacies from our smokehouse at the weekend.
