We run a pastry shop with our own production and sale of cakes and pastries and offer soft drinks. In the summer months it is possible to use the terrace seating.

Run a patisserie and sell cakes, cuts, rolls and tarts. We deal with custom production of birthday and wedding cakes and other confectionery products according to customer's wishes. We bake only with butter. We also deliver cakes to Znojmo. On our website you will find a gallery containing over 200 cakes.

We run a winery. All our wines are bottled and sold as appellation wine with a certificate of organic origin. We also grow other agricultural products (vegetables, fruit and potatoes). From the fruit we grow we produce jams, various juices and sterilised products.

A small family winery located in Nový Šaldorf in the Znojmo region. Our main varieties include Riesling, Sauvignon, Veltliner and Pinot Noir. The production of the winery is about 8000 bottles per year.

A family winery with beautiful facilities and a sandstone cellar from the 18th century. We create our wines from our own grapes and use traditional practices with modern technology. Our wines are prepared using traditional methods proven by generations. The absolute predominance of our production is made up of wines with a distinctive character (late harvests, selections from grapes or berries).

In the centre of the town, on the south side of the square, stands one of the most valuable town houses built in the 15th century. It includes a winery, a microbrewery and a wine bar offering wines from our winery and delicious local cuisine. It includes a generous terrace.

We produce distinctive white, rosé and red wines. We offer tastings with refreshments and accommodation directly at the winery. We grow Pinot Blanc and Palava varieties.
