No added preservatives, artificial flavorings, or artificial colors. Our selection includes cheeses, yogurts, cottage cheese, and kefirs. We do not produce processed cheese.

We offer grower distillation and processing of home-made yeasts. We also process imported fruit and establish fermentations for individual customers. It is possible to bring in fruit (in crates, bags) and we put the ferment in our barrels, each customer individually, the barrel is marked with a name tag.
