We opened the Bizon Brewery in 2011 in the village of Čižice in the southern Pilsen region as part of the adjacent Inn U Bizona. We are a microbrewery, specializing in brewing lagers and top-fermented cold-hopped beers. Our production process combines traditional craft methods with innovative technologies.

We have been producing cheese and dairy products since 2015. We produce from cow's milk bought from farmers in the area. Everything is made by hand from pasteurized milk according to traditional recipes. No added preservatives, artificial flavourings, artificial colours. In our offer you will find cheese, yoghurt, cottage cheese, kefir.

The brewery has a 250 litre brewhouse and 5 fermentation tanks. Mainly, various top-fermented beers (IPA, Pale Ale, etc.) are brewed here, rather than the traditional lagers of the region. In summer we open our beer terrace for tasting our beers.

We operate a confectionery with our own confectionery factory. We offer home made tops and cakes, cakes and mini cakes, birthday and wedding cakes, Carte D'or ice cream, mixed drinks, cocktails and a variety of coffee. We supply products to confectioneries and restaurants. We provide sweet catering.

We are restoring the historic Kalinův mlýn mill. You can visit guided tours, enjoy an original "escape" based on real events, stay in the miller's apartment, use the services of an experienced realtor or come to a concert or a show. Our goal is to bring the mill to life for the public.

We offer around 50 types of products. Taste our bread, regular and fine pastries. Newly we produce flax bread with high content of Omega 3 fatty acids.

We specialise in the sale of bakery and confectionery products. We provide baking to order. You will find here lids, bulky, dalamans, viennoiserie, croissants, cornflakes, baguettes, crispbreads, brioche, peelings, pretzels, pancakes, braids, buns and other baked goods.

We are engaged in the production and sale of baked goods. We offer Bavarian braids, cereal and regular banquettes, Norwegian bread, chocolate loaves and strudels, baguettes. We also sell cakes, doughnuts, cornbread, buns, wedding cakes and our own confectionery products such as wreaths, pinecones etc.
