If you suspect that the technological systems in your building are not working efficiently and are unnecessarily increasing energy consumption, our specialists will help you identify the main sources of energy losses and propose solutions that will lead to stable and efficient building operation.

We will prepare a Building Renovation Passport and help you obtain grants from the NZU, NZU Light and Repair Your Grandmother's House programs. As part of EKIS we provide free initial energy and subsidy advice, as well as PENB, project documentation and full application. We operate in Liberec and the surrounding area.

We have been procuring subsidies for insulation, window replacement and installation of technologies for family and apartment buildings since 2014. We process energy assessments of buildings and their passporting. We are also commissioned by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to run the EKIS centre, where we offer free consultancy services.
