JUHA is a group of sheltered workshops and social enterprises that has been creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities for more than 15 years. As a family business founded by Mr. and Mrs. Juha, we have become a leading employer in the sheltered labour market with over 200 employees.

We offer on-the-job training, necessary for the transition to sheltered employment or the free labour market - low hours are adapted to the specific employee, his/her health, professional qualifications and work experience.
