Since 2006 I have been selling and renting real estate in Písek. My orders are of different nature, as well as the requirements of my clients, for which I always choose the most suitable solution of the deal for all parties.

We have long focused on residential development projects in all attractive locations in the Czech Republic. We use the synergistic effect of our own engineering, construction production and knowledge of the real estate market to implement projects.

The company is a large residential builder. In more than 30 years of operation, it has sold 20,000 new apartments, houses and plots in 200 successful residential projects. It currently owns around 1.5 million m² of land and brownfield sites for development, on which it plans almost 40,000 new apartments.

Since 1996 we have been implementing projects for residential (Rohan City, Smíchov City, BelariePark, Rezidence Korunní, Rezidence Čakovice) and commercial use (T-Mobile, Nestle, NTK, Česká spořitelna).
