Field social service that provides services to citizens in the municipality. The intention of the care service is to maintain the highest possible quality and dignity of life of users who, due to old age or disability or limitations, request these services.

We run the House of Quiet Old Age. The retirement home offers comprehensive nursing care 24 hours a day, a friendly approach in a home environment, home-cooked meals and various additional services according to the clients' wishes (hairdressing services, pedicure, occupational therapy, music therapy, canister therapy, aromatherapy).

We run a home for the elderly. We offer single, double and triple rooms. Each room has its own bathroom. We also offer superior rooms with their own kitchenette. There is a dining room, a lounge, a library, a gym, a garden, a terrace overlooking the Sečská dam.

We provide a residential social service for people from 3 years of age with mental or combined disabilities. We offer accommodation in single to triple rooms with meals provided. We provide moderate, partial and full assistance in coping with the normal tasks of caring for one's own person.

The mission of the Next Way Day Services Center is to enable adults with disabilities to have a rewarding day with the opportunity to enjoy the activities offered.

We provide a care service for the elderly. We operate nursing homes and also offer care in the client's home. We help them in adverse life situations and manage their stay in the home environment, performing necessary household chores.

We operate a home for the elderly with a total capacity of 87 apartments. We provide nursing services. There are 14 barrier-free apartments. The flats are equipped with a kitchen without appliances, built-in wardrobes and sanitary facilities. We also offer sports and convalescent massages or beauty treatments.

Provision of residential social care services for service users aged 40 and over who have reduced self-sufficiency due to chronic mental illness. The total capacity of the home is 304 beds.

Operation of a home for the elderly. There is a dining room or prayer room. We organize joint cultural and sporting activities.

We run a nursing home. Special purpose flats are intended for disabled persons and the elderly.

The care service is provided to residents of DPS and persons in households in the town of Třemošnice and in the surrounding villages. These are disabled persons, persons with chronic diseases, families with children and the elderly who require partial care or support from another person.

We strive to maintain the normal life of seniors and people with disabilities who find themselves in an unfavourable life situation by providing adequate assistance and support in maintaining the way of life in the users' home environment.

We provide clients with severe combined disabilities aged 16 to 64 years with outpatient social services aimed at supporting and helping people who need regular assistance from another person, maintaining and developing existing abilities and skills.
