We provide field assistance services to our clients in their home environment.

We are a contributory organization established by the Municipality of Prague 4. We offer nursing services, residential respite services, day care, senior clubs, informal care centre and more. Our mission is to provide our clients with a dignified life and to enable them to stay in their homes for as long as possible with our services.

The outpatient respite care service provides a space for community gatherings and activities that help prevent the loss of social contact. The goal of the service is to improve the quality of life for seniors and their families.

Provision of home health care.

We operate as a domestic help agency. This mainly involves minor cleaning, meal preparation, arranging shopping, escorting on walks, companionship in the absence of family members, supervision and other services.

Operation of a palliative medicine outpatient clinic.

Offering comprehensive care and nursing services in an effort to enable seniors to remain in the environment of their own home.

Operation of a social relief centre. Offering nursing care in the form of transitional stay for 3 months.

Providing comprehensive home health care including vocational rehabilitation. We specialize in home intensive care for children and adults. We provide babysitting for sick children by experienced nurses. We provide temporary nurse substitute in the outpatient clinic.

We provide training courses.

We offer health care provided through outreach services in the patient's home. We provide comprehensive nursing care for chronically ill, immobile and terminal patients.

Professional nursing care in the home. We offer social and basic legal counseling, activation activities and other supplemental services. Our goal is to provide comprehensive services to families and their households. We provide babysitting, housekeeping, shopping, etc.

Melidom offers informal home support to seniors and people with reduced self-sufficiency in Prague. We help with running the household, shopping, doctor's appointments, client transport and daily activities.

We operate a nursing home. We offer assistance in coping with the normal tasks of caring for one's own person, with personal hygiene, with the running of the household and with the provision of meals. We mediate contact with the social environment. We organise various cultural and social events for the elderly.
