I help people be proud of themselves and achieve their goals. I combine nutrition, movement and mental coaching - because one area without the other doesn't work in the long run. I don't believe in miracle diets or quick fixes. With me, you'll get honest work, but also respect for your pace, capabilities and psyche.

I provide lactation counseling. I can help you with breastfeeding difficulties. Long-term support, help with weaning off nipple shields, support during breastfeeding strikes, solutions for painful breastfeeding, help with using and adjusting baby carriers, and practical tips and tricks. Certified by MAMILA. I’ll come to your home.

We are engaged in human nutrition education and nutrition counseling. We offer retraining certificates for the work activities of a nutrition counselor. All courses are completed with a certificate.
