I am a lactation consultant o.z. MAMILA. I will prepare you for breastfeeding already during pregnancy, help you with breastfeeding after the birth, but also at any time later. I will provide you with help and support throughout the entire breastfeeding process (in person and online counselling). I will advise you on sleeping and soothing your baby, feedings and ergonomic carrying.

I am a certified nutrition (dietary) counselor. I create weight loss menus for clients, but I also specialize in healthy eating for pregnant women, nursing mothers, diabetics, celiacs and children. I will teach you how to eat right, exercise and thus lose weight healthily, without dieting, starving and yet relatively quickly.
