We offer social and health services for the elderly, disabled, homeless, immigrants, and children and families from socially excluded communities and at-risk environments. We provide our services throughout the country and also help in Asia, Africa, Europe and America. We organise a Tříkrál collection.
We focus on supporting families in the city. We run a club for mothers with children at the Family Centre, organise lectures, events for families and other activities. We also offer the opportunity to buy clothes in our bazaar.
We are a group of people who have made it their goal to help create an environment of peace, joy and hope in Semily and its surroundings. In addition to our work in the Unity of the Brethren, we are also focused outside the church on improving the quality of life for all generations. Our main activities are: a maternity centre, a senior club, NZDM, community counselling.
We organize religious services and conduct prevention lectures for children and students in primary and secondary schools. We organize an Alpha course, which leads a person to search for answers to the basic questions: "Does life have a meaning? What will happen to us after death? Is it possible to forgive someone who has hurt me?"
