There are 230 students in the elementary school and 125 students in the high school (a combined high school with a humanities and technical focus). The school includes an after-school program and a cafeteria. We educate according to the principles of Waldorf pedagogy—instruction tailored to the students’ ages, project-based and inquiry-based learning, the development of arts and crafts, and verbal assessment.

We strive to create a calm and pleasant working atmosphere for the pupils. We organize outdoor schools, ski courses, theatres, Olympiads and other social and cultural events.

We have been providing education for over 50 years. The kindergarten is attended by 130 children and the primary school by 420 pupils. Our school canteen wins the competition "School canteens healthy and tasty", organized by the Municipality of Ostrava.
