Teaching in the areas of Czech religious philosophy, bioethics, history of philosophy and logic.

We provide instruction in undergraduate and graduate programs in psychosocial studies combined with a program in Hussite and Orthodox theology. The Department is a member of the Association of Social Work Educators in the Czech Republic. We are engaged in research and publication activities.

We provide theoretical and practical training in the areas of pastoral counseling, spiritual and pastoral care, homiletics and catechetics, history of liturgy and liturgics, and ecumenical convergence or rhetoric. We encourage mutual cooperation between the various fields of study and departments.

We provide instruction in the history of Old and New Testament text and times, ethics, theology, scripture, Jewish traditions and customs. We offer graduate and undergraduate degrees. We focus on understanding, exploring and interpreting the Old and New Testaments.
