The City Library lends books, magazines, audiobooks, e-books, board games, didactic toys and other documents to its readers. In addition to lending services, it provides the public with Internet access, copying services, and hosts cultural and educational events.

It includes regional literature. We subscribe to 4 magazine titles. The library uses the services of the Moravian Regional Library.
