We operate a professional and collections library. The library specializes in publications related to Vysoké Mýto and the territory of the former district of Ústí nad Orlicí.
Offer library services with professional literature. There are old prints, books and bound volumes of periodicals published before 1860. A collection of periodicals, regional and reference books or monographs published in the 20th century relating to the political party of the Communist Party are available for absentee loan.
The collection section of the library contains regional literature including Chrudim and East Bohemian newspapers and periodicals, crammer's prints, old prints and manuscripts. The specialist section includes literature on history, natural history, archaeology, art, ethnography, etc. Internet and Wi-Fi are available in the research room.

The museum library collects, registers, processes and makes available collection and non-collection literary documents, documents documenting cultural and other activities in the region, necessary for the professional work of the museum staff or for the needs of the professional and general public.
The Library of the Gallery and Museum of Vysočina offers publications on regional history, local history and publications on fine arts. It offers the study of anthologies, specialist journals and publications published with the support of the Highlands Edition.
A publicly accessible basic library with specialized collections providing public and information services. There are catalogues in electronic form and an on-line catalogue.
Offering library services with specialist literature. We maintain a library collection with a focus on history and the present, literature on museum theory, educational and linguistic dictionaries, encyclopedias, and basic works of social science. The library of the Chamber of Commerce and Trades is part of the fund.
The library manages more than 400,000 specialized publications and periodicals in social sciences, arts and sciences. It provides its services not only to the museum staff but also to the general public. Most of the literature is intended for full-time study only.
Museum library. We provide internet access. The museum's library collection has almost 11,000 volumes. It also contains a collection of 63 manuscripts from the 15th to the 20th century.
