We offer library services with a focus on professional literature. The library's holdings include old prints and first editions, manuscripts from the 18th and 19th centuries, manuscript relics of supra-regional importance, regional literature of social science, yeoman's prints, periodicals from the 19th to 21st centuries, and more.

Possibility to borrow publications on general history, art history, specialized holdings of old prints, historical balneological writings and treatises on Carlsbad treatment, geology, mining and regional holdings on the history and nature of the West Bohemian spa region, tourist guides, directories and more.

We run a library with specialist social science and natural history literature. We have more than 23 thousand titles. In addition to book titles, there are a number of regional periodicals, both historical and contemporary.

We operate a museum library dedicated to the collection and use of specialized and regional literature. We specialize in literature related to piping. The library includes a collection of books by the Strakonice patriot Jan Vlastislav Plánek. We have a computer and internet connection.

Running a museum library with more than 3000 publications. You will find books focused on the local region. The publications are intended for self-study in the library. We offer businesses or organizations the possibility of organizing a seminar, the capacity of the hall is 40 - 50 listeners.
