We maintain a library collection with a focus on history and the present, literature on museum theory, educational and linguistic dictionaries, encyclopedias, and basic works of social science. The library of the Chamber of Commerce and Trades is part of the fund.

There are approximately 33,000 volumes of specialized literature in the museum's fields of study. The collection consists of old prints and manuscripts.
