We operate a municipal library specialising in bibliographic and factual literature. We run departments for adults and for children and young people. We lend educational literature, children's literature, poetry, fiction, magazines and audio books. There is an online library catalogue.

Operation of a public library. It provides its services mainly to teachers and students of UTB, but also to the professional public. Its holdings include books, professional journals, daily newspapers, CDs, audio tapes, videotapes, theses and dissertations, as well as prestigious electronic information resources.

We provide the possibility of absentee loans or full-time study in the main, computer or language study room. Photocopying service and internet available. We organize cultural events and more.
