The library offers approximately 5,000 volumes of fiction and non-fiction books exclusively in German on loan.

The Philosophy and Law Library builds a library collection with regard to the fields of study of the Faculty of Philosophy and the Faculty of Law. A free selection of books, a study room, two team study rooms and a clubhouse are available in a separate building.

We operate a faculty library focusing on professional literature in the areas of transportation and communications. We offer publications on road, rail, and air transportation, transportation systems, management, economics, automation, transportation processes or technology, and more.

The Central Faculty Library offers lending, reference and research services and provides access to electronic information resources. The library specializes in the fields of education, psychology, linguistics or social sciences.

Provide library and information services primarily to students and faculty staff, but also to other interested individuals from the BUT, other universities, and the professional community. The library collection is thematically focused on technical disciplines, especially civil engineering, natural sciences, economics and computing.

Library functioning as an information centre. We keep an agenda of books, Czech and foreign magazines. The book collection includes books focusing on consumer chemistry, food chemistry, biomedical engineering, environment, mathematics or computer science. There are 80 study places.

Operation of a multimedia study room with a collection mainly focused on finance, banking and accounting. Computers with internet access are available. We provide the possibility of using the study room for one-off lessons, training or presentations. We offer short-term absentee loans.

The Central Faculty Library collects for study purposes a collection based on the fields of study provided by the Faculty. Interlibrary loan and reprographic services such as copying, scanning or printing of documents are provided.

The Centre operates as a university library with access to library collections and integrated electronic and multimedia information resources.

Offering services of a scientific library. There are specialized and scientific monographs, serial publications, encyclopedias, dictionaries of language and specialized, periodicals, scientific and specialized journals, audiovisual documents or scientific research and scientific qualification works.
