The library is part of the community centre building. Books are renewed from the book fund in cooperation with the library in Ústí nad Orlicí.

The library in Nová Ves is equipped with computer technology and internet access, since 2015 the library has been using the Clavius library program. Younger readers have access to a tablet, board games or crayon drawings.

We run a library, lending books in fiction and non-fiction for children and adult readers. We use interlibrary loan services. There is internet, children's corner with playpen for the little ones. We provide home delivery of books. We run a library club, organize competitions and games.
