The mission of the Institute is to create a communication, information, educational and coordination background for the systematic development of lifelong learning at the Brno University of Technology. It provides related advisory, information and organizational services. It organizes accredited courses for state administration, management courses.

The project of lifelong learning for all generations, together with its activity Schools of the Developing Flower, is based on the linking of the educational systems of Montessori, Education in Human Values and Thematic Integrated Education. We operate a family centre.

We are a Czech educational company. We specialize in the development of personal, managerial and corporate potential. We combine experiential and experiential learning with special methods and techniques of neuro-linguistic programming.
