Offering accommodation for pupils, students and the public. The total capacity of the building is 84 beds. Each floor has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and ironing board. There are two clubrooms, a library, a study room and a studio.

We offer accommodation for students of secondary and higher vocational schools as well as occasional accommodation for the public and larger groups. We have 2-3 bed rooms with separate or shared bathroom facilities. For larger groups we offer breakfast, half board or full board in the school canteen in the building Spšs Mělník.

We offer after-school clubs in floorball, field hockey, athletics, cycling and chess. We offer courses in plastic and aeronautical modelling, ceramics, bobbin making, country dancing and more. We organize residential and suburban camps, excursions, seminars, competitions and events for the public.
