Graduates of the two-year practical school are prepared for simple work activities in the service and production sector (e.g. in social and communal services, in manufacturing companies, agriculture), or for further education.

We operate a state secondary medical school for 300 pupils providing four and five year courses in medical assistant, medical lyceum, dental instrument technician, dental assistant or social work. We provide the possibility of evening studies.

Private secondary vocational school providing instruction in the three-year cook-cook trade. In individual tuition, pupils are motivated by specific tasks. We also offer computer classes in our own computer room. The school provides pupils with a bartending course.

We operate a state-run vocational school for 80 pupils providing three-year Diploma in Dental Technician, Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Diploma in General Nursing.

Offering accommodation for students in triple rooms with private bathroom and internet access. There is a multi-purpose sports hall on the premises. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a community room with TV and DVD.

Primary school for 836 pupils with a day nursery, dining room and club. We organize sports and cultural events, regular courses and seminars, ski courses, outdoor schools or trips abroad. We run clubs for astronomy, English language, drama, floorball, gymnastics, ceramics or table tennis.

We operate a town library. We have an on-line catalogue of books. We provide lending, copying and reprographic services, internet access and book delivery. We lend educational literature, fiction and magazines. We organize exhibitions, events for children and adults.

Kindergarten for 73 children with dining room. We organize sports and cultural events, kindergartens in nature, art competitions, trips or welcoming new Nymburk citizens. We strive for the overall development of children and the development of basic habits.

We operate a four class kindergarten for 102 children with a cafeteria. We offer swimming and pre-swimming lessons, English language lessons and drama, art and music clubs. We organise trips to theatres, museums and the countryside, including children's events and parties.

We operate a home for children and youth. We focus on the education of children, young people and others in their spare time. We offer music and dance clubs, speech and graphomotor care, ceramics for children and ceramics for adults, guitar and recorder clubs and more.
