Management of the city's economy. We provide work on the preparation of the draft budget, monitor and evaluate its implementation, arrange activities related to the financing of the city district or contributory organizations.

The Office issues decisions on the granting of licenses, on the suspension of trades and imposes fines for breaches of obligations. It handles requests for an extract from the trade register, for the revocation of a licence, for the completion of data and documents, and for the commencement or termination of activities in an establishment.

We carry out methodical management and control activities towards municipal trade authorities, decide on appeals against decisions issued by them. We carry out supervision under the Advertising Regulation Act. We control the price marking of goods in the retail trade.

The Finance Department provides the overall economic agenda of the city. We focus on the City's budget and economy and provide the City's property management and housing management agenda. We deal with lease agreements, local fees, billing and creating payment schedules.

We are engaged in providing registry offices and population registration. We manage the lost and found agenda including animals. We provide organization and preparation of elections, verified outputs from the public administration information system Czech POINT.

The department provides comprehensive legal services and performs legal acts related to the activities of the statutory city. It also provides, on the basis of documents submitted by municipal departments, the City's opinion in administrative proceedings in cases where this competence is not delegated to other departments.
