The department carries out state administration in the field of roads as the competent road administrative authority, the competent administrative authority in the field of road traffic, special building authority, nature protection or environment. It administers local roads of Class III and IV.

Provides legal services. Handles complaints, submissions and suggestions from citizens. Maintains records of notices of City activities, property and revenues. Offers legal advice to the City management and its agencies. Provides debt collection, internal control of the department and divisions of the City.

Provision of registry office and residents registration. We issue documents - ID cards, passports and others.

Maintenance of the vehicle register, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda concerning driving schools or traffic offences. Providing services for the motor transport and taxi industry, issuing driving licences and their duplicates, making entries of offences and points in the drivers' register.

Providing legal services to municipal departments and activities in the field of construction and environment. We operate a department of legal relations offences, land and environment or building office. We assign descriptive numbers and provide street markings.

We issue identity cards and passports. We provide cemetery administration.

The Department primarily handles support activities for City employees, maintains records of tangible property, provides auto repair, cleaning of City Hall buildings, and property repair. It also organises elections.

The department provides procurement, utilities, fire protection, maintenance or investment activities.

We are engaged in carrying out tasks in matters of street naming, public spaces and zoning changes within the city. We issue extracts from public administration information systems. We are an assisted citizen point of contact with the public administration. We keep records of residents and travel documents.

Providing legal services.

The department deals with fire fighting and other security leading to the safe running of the city and its surroundings. It also takes care of fire prevention and education of children in fire and public protection.

The department provides the marking of streets and other public spaces with names, the official boards of the municipal district office, the issuance of certificates for the exercise of rights abroad or the filing service of the municipal district office.
