Providing protection of nature, air and animals against cruelty. We take care of waste, forest and water management and agricultural land. The department issues and collects fishing licences and carries out inspections. It issues consent for proposals for the routing of underground and overhead lines, roads and waterways.

Commissioning and leading the creation of investment projects and ensuring their implementation. Preparation and implementation of the elaboration of the development plan and the preparation of proposals and conditions for the urban and architectural design of major sites of the city. Taking care of the development of cycle paths.
