We provide an agenda for the protection of classified information. We perform tasks in crisis planning and economic-mobilization preparation, military-legal affairs, material and technical security of population protection and flood protection measures. We keep records of contracts and agreements concluded by the Municipality and the Office.

We provide environmental protection and waste management. We carry out green maintenance. We register fishing and hunting licenses. We provide the performance of state and local government in the field of water management, defence and crisis management.

Registration and handling of incoming complaints, notifications, suggestions and petitions from citizens. Investigation of serious and repeated complaints and submissions. Consists of the Control Activities Department, the Complaints and Freedom of Information Department and the Security Management Department.

The Department provides legal services for the needs of the municipal authorities, keeps records of complaints, petitions and petitions and participates in their handling. It handles the agenda of requests for information pursuant to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., ensures a comprehensive agenda related to procurement procedures pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll.

Providing information and services related to the borough.

Carrying out specialised control activities focusing on the management of the financial and material resources and property rights of the municipality.

Representing the borough before the courts and other public authorities. Engaged in methodological and legislative work in the development of generally binding ordinances.

Provide organization and analytical work for the implementation and operation of computer technology and computer network in the office building. Ensuring the operation of the information system.

Carrying out management reviews of municipal districts of the capital city of Prague, local self-government units and voluntary associations of municipalities. Provides tasks in the field of anti-corruption activities, keeping a central register of petitions and complaints submitted to the authorities of the capital city.

We focus on the planning, preparation and implementation of construction investments and repairs on buildings or land entrusted to the management of the Prague 4 Municipal District.

Performs internal activity, periodic and management reviews. We maintain central records, complaints, notifications, suggestions and petitions. We process results, public and financial audits.

Providing legal services to the City Council departments and all other city bodies. We represent the city in legal and similar disputes. We review, record and file all contracts. We handle the procurement of under- and over-limit public contracts.
