Provision of civil registration and population records, office equipment or office supplies for office operations including repairs for office staff, maintenance of office supply warehouse. Posting and taking down of materials from the office desk. Receiving marriage applications and arranging the ceremony.

We ensure the implementation of the city's subsidy policy and public relations. We focus on the natural population changes that occur through births, deaths, marriage processes, registration and de-registration of permanent residents.

Providing maintenance, repair and cleanliness of the city's public spaces and roads. Coordinating public transport operations, repairing road signs or bus stops, issuing fishing tickets, archiving documents or preparing documents.

We provide independent and objective review and evaluation of the operations of the internal control system of the municipality.

Organizational provision of cultural events organized by the city, coordination of cultural activities.

Providing construction legal services for the City, providing zoning information, entering into public contracts with applicants, permitting changes in use of structures, notifying buildings, granting exemptions, or filing any files relating to structures.

Management of the city's property and property relations, provision of capital construction. Organisation of public tenders and other procurement methods, handling of relevant administrative procedures. Drawing up architectural competitions and establishing contacts with investors.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

We are engaged in receiving and drawing up applications for free trades, handicraft, bound and licensed trades for individuals and legal entities, domestic or foreign. We prepare documents for property transfers and settlement of city property. We prepare texts of lease terminations, agreements on termination of leases.

The department is responsible for the operation and development of the information system, manages the programs, the geographic information system data base and trains staff.

Providing development, planning document preparation activities, regulatory plan preparation, city grant administration and procurement.

Provides service to the council and city council, city management, personnel, media relations, and promotion of the city.

Management and registration of city property. Preparation and implementation of all disposition of these assets.
