We organize public tenders, represent the city in proceedings under the Building Act, and fulfill the duty of the owner of city property in matters of repairs and investments. We prepare calculations for investments and construction works.

We are engaged in the management of city property. We keep records of the City's real property, records of all contracts and agreements entered into by the City, records of legal regulations or records of the City's general binding ordinances. We handle liability insurance claims.

We are engaged in the management of civil registry and population registration, providing internal administration of the town and issuing certificates of loss of identity card. We issue certified outputs from public administration information systems, post documents on the official board or register and process applications for the allocation of housing.

We provide construction and environmental management activities of the city. We issue planning decisions, planning information and planning consents. We provide building permits, building alteration permits, building removal permits, occupancy consents or trial run permits.

We deal with the management of the city's economy. We collect local taxes and keep records of municipal waste disposal fees. We provide complete treasury services and maintain payroll and personnel records. Other activities of the department include maintaining the slot machine agenda or managing the City's budget.
