The school provides education in four art disciplines. Ceramic and porcelain art, industrial design, graphic design, multimedia production. Option to study in ceramic design, industrial design, graphic design and multimedia creation or ceramic manufacturer and decorator.

The unit ensures the protection of public order, receives notifications from the public and conducts investigations into offences and crimes committed in their area of jurisdiction.

The HAFFO Association of Children, Youth and Parents focuses primarily on filling the free time of children and youth. Its main activity is the organisation of holiday stays, summer camps and weekend events that offer experiential programmes for children and young people.

We are engaged in the management of civil registry and population registration, providing internal administration of the town and issuing certificates of loss of identity card. We issue certified outputs from public administration information systems, post documents on the official board or register and process applications for the allocation of housing.

We deal with the management of the city's economy. We collect local taxes and keep records of municipal waste disposal fees. We provide complete treasury services and maintain payroll and personnel records. Other activities of the department include maintaining the slot machine agenda or managing the City's budget.

We operate a municipal library. We provide absent and present book lending. There is an on-line catalogue of books. We lend educational literature, fiction and magazines. There is a summer reading room on the library's gallery. We organize literary and library events.

The municipal police ensures local public order matters. Other activities of the police include supervising the cleanliness of public spaces in the city, ensuring order and safety during special events or supervising compliance with generally binding ordinances and regulations of the municipality.

We exercise fishing law, provide fish breeding, protection and hunting, environmental protection, develop and popularize fishing sport. We are involved in after-school education of children and youth in the field of fishing and fishing sport. We organise cultural and sporting events or fishing competitions.

The first written report dates back to 1323. The town is situated at an altitude of 406 metres. In the town there is a volunteer fire brigade, police, school, etc. The dominant feature of the town is the church of St. Matthias or the Bechyně castle complex.

We run a nursery school for 198 children with a school canteen. We organize special interest groups, theatre performances, carnivals, trips or events with parents.
