Providing environmental, water and agricultural protection. Offering maintenance of public green spaces and cleaning of all local roads and public spaces. Designing a waste management plan.

Providing coordination of investment construction and urban planning. Preparation of development concept of functional components. Preparation of master plans and regulatory plans for the territory of the municipality.

The department takes care of finance, budget, accounting, property matters, deeds of incorporation, lease of apartments or registration of non-residential premises and property of the city, deeds of incorporation of contributory organizations. It maintains the treasury or payroll accounts. Handles misdemeanours. Deals with debt recovery.

Ensuring environmental protection.

Providing civil registry and population registration. Providing legal assistance to unions and certifying signatures and deeds. Preparation of proposals for zoning changes, renaming, merging and subdividing streets.

We are engaged in internal control of the activities of the departments and divisions of the authority and the management of financial and material resources. We control organisations established by the municipality and also the recipients of financial support.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

Provision of civil registry and population registration. Organizational provision of the course of population census, local referendum and elections, including 19 municipalities of the administrative district, providing methodological assistance to municipalities.

Maintenance of the vehicle register, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda relating to driving schools and traffic offences.

Providing construction legal activities of the city.

Ensuring the implementation of construction investments within the approved investment plan and budget of the city.
