The department deals with the municipality's management of residential and non-residential property, registration of applicants for housing, management of urban forests and maintenance of public green spaces. It organises the work of the public works staff and the area of identity cards.

Management of the city's economy and budgeting. Collecting dog and waste fees and payments for non-residential leases. Bookkeeping. Enforcement of fines for traffic offences.

Providing construction and legal activities of the city. Dealing with applications for the location of a building or machine, for change of use of a building, for a protection zone and for the issue of approval. Notification of landscaping and removal of property.

Administration of hunting and fishing, issuing hunting licenses, protection of landscape, air and animals. Management of waste and water management. The department authorises groundwater abstraction, construction of domestic waste treatment plants and wells, felling of trees growing outside the forest. Approval of captive breeding of game and hunting grounds.
