We provide CZECH POINT services. We certify signatures and documents. We keep records of residents and assign registration and descriptive numbers.

We carry out state administration in the field of spatial planning, water management and agricultural land fund. We issue building permits and zoning and approval decisions for single-family houses, linear buildings and landscaping. We confirm geometrical plans. We carry out the removal of buildings.

Issuance of decisions on granting of concession, on suspension of trade. Maintenance of the trade register. Imposing fines in administrative or block proceedings when violations of the Trade Licensing Act are detected.
