The fourth district of Pilsen is named after one of the original settlements, Doubravka. The district forms the eastern part of Pilsen and consists of the original villages of Doubravka, Letná, Lobzy and others from the villages of Bukovec, Červený Hrádek, Újezd, Zábělá, which still form separate satellites. The district covers an area of more than 5 km2 in the southern part of Pilsen. Its north-western border is formed by the right bank of the Úhlava River, while the forest encroaches on its cadastre to the south-east. The historical centre of Černice was built in the first half of the 15th century, at that time it belonged to the city of Pilsen.

The first written record dates from the 10th century. The district is located at an altitude of 280 metres. The original municipality was annexed to Prague on 1 January 1967 as part of Prague 6.

Urban district in the southern part of the statutory city. The Litický brook and the Radbuza river, on which the České údolí dam was built, flow through the district. The first historical mention of the village dates back to 1211. In 1970, Litice was again annexed to Pilsen after six years.
