The Department comprehensively ensures the performance of the population registration agenda, including administrative proceedings on applications for cancellation of the information on the place of permanent residence, the performance of the agenda of identity cards and travel documents and registry activities. It carries out administrative proceedings and issues decisions, and deals with offences in the field of defence of the Czech Republic.

The office issues decisions on granting a concession, on suspension of trade and authorization to do business according to the Trade Licensing Act. It keeps the trade register.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

The department provides the activities of the city - municipal authority in the field of general law. It performs state administration in the field of misdemeanour proceedings within the competence of the misdemeanour department, prepares the annual report according to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information, as amended.

Ensuring environmental protection.

Ensures the management, maintenance and operation of the property of the city of Příbram with due care of the proper manager and property rights, ensures the activities of the city - the city authority, in the field of property law, ensures the property disposition of the city property - leases, leases, sales, purchases, loans, donations and exchanges of land.

Provision of communications management, preparation, implementation and coordination of capital construction of the city.

The Department performs tasks in the field of the right of assembly, ensures and carries out the organizational and technical preparation and conduct of elections, local referendums and censuses of population, houses and flats, carries out administrative proceedings and issues decisions in the area of the implemented.

Ensures investment construction and reconstruction - preparation and implementation of investments of the city of Příbram, performs tasks of the city of Příbram and the municipal office within the scope defined by the organizational regulations.

Providing administration in the field of education, culture and leisure activities.

We deal with obtaining grants from EU funds, state funds, ministries, regional authorities and other donors for investment and non-investment projects of the town of Příbram.

Entrusted with the exercise of state administration, in delegated competence, pursuant to Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (Building Act) and other related legislation.

Providing management of the information networks of the authority.
