Charitable organization that helps sick and disabled children and their families throughout the Czech Republic. Mostly children with cerebral palsy, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and other diagnoses. Respite services are also organized.

We are involved in the prevention and treatment of addictions, primarily to non-alcoholic addictive substances, including, for example, gambling addiction. We provide outpatient and outreach services for people at risk of substance abuse. We offer programs to support and develop ethnic groups.

The wardrobe is where things are given new life. Donors bring us unused household items, bedding, toys, sporting goods, drugstore and cosmetics, seasonal clothing and shoes for children and adults, and we pass these items on to families who are happy to use them.

Support At the Beginning is an outreach service that helps mothers in need right in their home environment. We strengthen their parenting skills and independence to provide a stable background for their children. We provide the service free of charge and with respect for each family.

We provide counselling, information and support for gambling addiction and the recovery process.

The association supports the integration of Roma into society. We offer help and counselling, leisure and educational activities, and support sport and culture. We are the publisher of the bilingual newspaper Romano hangos.
