Our aim is to provide support and assistance to children and young people and other citizens who have fallen into difficult life situations, to women and children who have lost their homes, to provide counselling to citizens who have lost their jobs and to provide advice to anyone who finds themselves in an adverse situation.

We focus on the issue of people in housing need. One of the main goals is to increase the willingness of landlords to rent their apartments to people in housing need and to help them to standard housing thanks to a number of guarantees provided such as regular rent, property management, supervision of subtenants.

The Intervention Centre provides first contact and coordination of assistance for victims of domestic violence throughout the Pardubice Region within the meaning of Act No. 135/2006 Coll. It mediates the provision of follow-up assistance, especially social, psychological, medical and legal.

We are involved in supporting athletes and other people, including children, who find themselves in difficult life situations, not just for health reasons.

We provide citizens with professional social counseling. Strives to ensure that people have the necessary information about their rights and responsibilities, available services and are able to express their needs or defend their legitimate interests. It is a place of free, confidential and impartial help.
