The Foundation supports non-governmental and non-profit organizations working in the social and health sector throughout the Czech Republic. Our mission is to double the money, ideas, initiative, energy and joy. We bring together those who want to reach further together.
The Foundation was established to pursue objectives of general benefit, particularly in the areas of the development of spiritual values, science, education, sports, the protection of human health, human rights or other humanitarian values, or the protection of cultural monuments and the environment.
We support the development of palliative care, education of professionals and system changes to improve access to palliative care. Our activities include fundraising and content creation for communications. We focus on emotional and practical support for care providers to ensure a high level of expertise.
We are raising funds for the construction of retirement homes for the elderly in an effort to speed up the process. By doing so, we enable seniors to use their initiative, qualities and will to solve problems. We also run an organizing and consulting center. We cooperate with non-governmental organizations abroad.
Support for research in the field of maternal and child health care or support related to publishing and education. Assistance in financing the necessary equipment for those health facilities that provide care for mothers and children.
Hunching, recurrent back pain with poor posture in children or a previous family history may indicate Scheuermann's kyphosis or scoliosis, leading to chronic pain and body image problems. The Scheuermann's Disease Fund supports early diagnosis and treatment.
Organizing and coordinating assistance and support for infertile married couples and women affected by repeated miscarriages. We hold regular meetings, seminars and lectures. We assist and coordinate examinations.
The Foundation is established to raise and use financial and other resources for the purpose of supporting programmes carried out in the field of health and social care. To promote therapeutic programs and alternative methods aimed at the reintegration of mentally handicapped persons.
The Society seeks to promote and coordinate the development of all forms of care for patients with sleep and wakefulness disorders and advocates for the improvement of medical care for these patients. We support the advancement of knowledge and research on sleep and wakefulness, their disorders, and the treatment of these disorders. We advocate for the development of their optimal treatment.
