The aim of the foundation is to financially support the neonatology department at Motol Hospital, where premature babies are concentrated. The funds raised are earmarked for equipment for the department, which deals with complex cases from all over the Czech Republic.

The Melodio Foundation focuses on helping people with disabilities who want to develop their personal potential. We organise charity events that support our clients and give them access to therapists and coaches.

The Foundation's flagship project is the Fund for Single Parents, and children from socially disadvantaged families are also targeted by the Sports Centres project. In general, the Foundation directs its assistance to the areas of support for children and youth, social projects, health promotion and regional development. Providing support for children and young people with physical or combined disabilities.

We support research and treatment of multiple sclerosis. Our projects include awareness, therapies and specialized centers for patients.

To support activities leading to the creation and development of the Cord Blood Bank of the Czech Republic and the development of the National Bone Marrow Donor Registry.

We are raising funds for the construction of retirement homes for the elderly in an effort to speed up the process. By doing so, we enable seniors to use their initiative, qualities and will to solve problems. We also run an organizing and consulting center. We cooperate with non-governmental organizations abroad.

Hunching, recurrent back pain with poor posture in children or a previous family history may indicate Scheuermann's kyphosis or scoliosis, leading to chronic pain and body image problems. The Scheuermann's Disease Fund supports early diagnosis and treatment.
