We provide telephone psychotherapy anonymously and free of charge to everyone from 16 years of age to senior citizens. It helps clients who are troubled by family, partnership or employment relationships, anxiety, feelings of loneliness, depression or the pressures and expectations of the environment.
Assistance to women victims of domestic violence: professional social counselling (appointment required), shelter accommodation with a confidential address, residential crisis assistance for up to 7 days, free and 24-hour crisis telephone assistance.

Our Parent Helpline offers services to parents, grandparents, and educators. We organize courses in crisis intervention.
