The aim of the association is the preservation and improvement of monuments. Our main mission has been to help repair and preserve St. John's monuments. The Society also plays a major part in organising cultural and social events in the village. From the very beginning, it has worked closely with the municipal council.

We promote the preservation of vernacular buildings, the reconstruction and revitalisation of other vernacular buildings and the preservation of customs, traditions and crafts.

We are engaged in the preservation of Baroque monuments in the Czech Republic. We provide research, reconstruction and restoration of statues. We provide access and presentations to the general public.

We are a registered association whose main aim is to secure and make the exterior of Toužim Castle accessible to the general public. We organize volunteer brigades and cultural events in the castle grounds, such as concerts, screenings, theatre performances and others.

We are an authorised archaeological organisation under the provisions of Section 21(2) of Act 20/1987 Coll., on State Heritage Care. We carry out archaeological excavations and professional archaeological investigations during construction activities in the territorial district of the Hradec Králové Region.

The Foundation supports the repair and reconstruction of religious monuments in the Pilsen Diocese, i.e. in the whole of Western Bohemia. Gradually, funds are raised from various sources for simple preservation and also for the restoration of churches that are already being repaired.
