We ensure the implementation of projects aimed at supporting mentally, spiritually, medically and physically disabled citizens in the Roudnice micro-region and its catchment area. We operate a registered social rehabilitation service.

We operate an integration center that serves persons who have been granted protection and have entered a state integration program. The time spent in the integration centre is used to learn the Czech language and to obtain independent housing and employment.

We provide medical, emergency, social and human services. We promote social and health education for youth. We organize courses, training and first aid classes. We are involved in blood donation.
