We are mainly engaged in development cooperation with foreign partners. Development cooperation is based primarily on the principle of empowerment. The main target regions of activity are sub-Saharan Africa and Central America.

We provide drug prevention services. We run telephone crisis lines and helplines for the gay minority and HIV positive. Our goal is to reduce health risks due to injection drug use, monitoring and prevention of hepatitis, HIV and STDs.
Promotion and dissemination of humanistic ideas, protection of human rights through development cooperation, cultural and social activities and by spreading awareness and public understanding of the situation in developing countries. Activities: adoption of African children at a distance, construction of schools in West African Guinea.
