The mission of the Counseling Center for Foreigners is to provide social and legal counseling in the territory of the Diocese of Pilsen to foreigners who find themselves in a personal situation that they cannot solve with their own strength and resources.

We are an organization that supports children with serious illnesses, such as spinal muscular atrophy. We offer rehabilitation stays and assistance with funding assistive devices so that children can cope with the challenges life presents. We run a non-governmental women's organisation working mainly on a voluntary basis for the benefit and in the interest of women and their rights. We provide motivational and PC courses or legal, psychological and social counselling services. We conduct motivational, career and entrepreneurship seminars.

Blízký soused, z. s. is dedicated to families with children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, with a focus on the Romani community. We strive for a dignified integration into our society, we facilitate their all-round development and support them in taking responsibility for their lives and in actively solving problems.

We are a food bank that collects and distributes food for charities. Our goal is to provide aid to people in need by working with humanitarian organizations. Every day we strive to reduce food waste and improve the quality of life in our region.

We run an association to support disabled fellow citizens. We help not only disabled people to integrate into society. We run ceramics, music, dance, art and cooking clubs. We arrange and organize social, cultural and sports events.

We provide legal, social and psychological assistance to refugees and other foreigners in the Czech Republic. We implement educational programs. We focus on teaching activities, courses for the public and other services. We provide counselling and assistance to unaccompanied minors.

The Pilsen Regional Council was established in 2003 to support non-governmental non-profit organizations engaged in activities with children and youth in the Pilsen Region.
