The organization provides health, rescue, social and humanitarian services, organizes and promotes social and health education of youth. In particular, the mission of the organization is to prevent and alleviate suffering, protect health, life and respect for human beings, and promote mutual understanding and friendship.

Our main aim is to provide help and support to (formerly) substance dependent or mentally ill people in such a way as to improve their quality of life. We offer individual and group therapy, social work, informal meetings or support to family members.

The operation of a low threshold facility that provides a safe environment, support, prevention and assistance to young people for the healthy development of their personality. We offer facilities for meaningful leisure time, provide information, help and support. We strive to offer and pass on positive values.

Implementation of social, health, charity and humanitarian projects. We organize the International Wheelchair Meeting at Velehrad, summer camps, the Maltese Bazaar, pilgrimage to Lourdes and the Holy Mountain. We offer renting of drying units in case of floods.
